For most of the time, I have been able to see the printers from within Word, etc but would get a spooler not running error when trying to print. Today, however. I cant see the printers at all in Word, and from within Windows Photo Viewer I get the error that RPC server is unavailableIf I go into services I typically find one or both not running and i can start, which enables me to at least see the printers from within an app. But I cant get an actual print job to go to the printer. And if i revisit services, I see one or both stopped. I tried system restore a few weeks ago to no avail. Ive looked all over these forums and I see references to networked printers and other more complicated scenarios.
